All about automated application stage updation for parents applied to your school?

Application status is a powerful feature of UniApply platform for all school administrators to communicate with the parents effectively and immediately. It enables school to inform and notify the parents about their application status on a real-time basis.

How It Works?

School can change the stage of the applicant through Application Manager and the same will be notified to the parent via email and SMS on Real time basis. Stage change can only be done to those application where the Application Stage is 'Submitted' (all application form fields are complete and payment is done). 

Steps to Change application Stage

Step 1.  Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Application. Go to Action on right hand side and click on wheel like icon.

 

2. This will open a pop up with multiple options. Select "Change application stage"

3. A side bar with list of pre defined application stages will open up. Select the required stage and click on Save button. 

4. Changing stage will trigger an email and SMS to the Applicant. The stage will also be reflected on the application dashboard of the applicant.

List of Application Stages 

- Application Under Review : The Application is received, school is checking all the details and need some time to update further.

-Shortlisted for Parents/Child Interview/Interaction: The Parents and child needs to appear for Interview / Interaction.

-Shortlisted for Aptitude/Assessment Test: The Parents and child needs to appear for Aptitude/Assessment Test.

-Application Shortlist: The Applicant is shortlisted for further process and will be notified.

-Application In Wait-List: This is only for those schools, where schools are waiting for the government directives.

-No Response from Applicant : School is trying to reach the parents and not getting any response from them. .

-Enrolled: When the applicant gets the admission and all the formalities are done at school's end by the parent.

-Withdrawal: When any parent withdraws his child's admission after filling the application form for his child.

-Application Rejected: Application rejected by the School and the admission is not granted.

-Application Declined : Admission rejected by the parents for your school post receiving the admission confirmation from you school's side.
