What is Application Dashboard and what are its features?

Application Dashboard gives you a consolidated view on the trends and insights related to your schools applications like number of paid applications, application submitted and total application/registration fee collected. It also gives you the insight of the application stage of the applicants to keep a track on the applications.


Steps to access Application Dashboard


1. Navigate to Dashboard > Click Application Dashboard to access it.


    


2. Select your school name in case of multiple schools and click for search. 




3. This will give you all the insights related to your school applications. You can select the session by clicking on the "session" tab on the right side top corner. 




4. You can use date range to filter data for a specific period, by default the data range is shown for the last 30 days.

 



Application Board:

Application Board has 3 sections:

  • Payment Completed: Number of applicants who have paid application/registration fees for your school.

  • Application Submitted: Number of Applications completed and submitted for your school.

  • Untouched Application: Number of applications which are untouched.



Class wise Application:


This will show you the Payment completed, Application Submitted, Total Application Form Fees collected and Untouched Application across all the classes. This will enable you to have a quick analysis of the class wise trends of applications and payment of registration/application fees and untouched applications.


Application Stages:


This will show you a graphical representation of Application Stage. It displays the Application stages marked by the school for the submitted applications during the selected period of time. As you hover the cursor over the pie chart, it will display the data of how many applications are on which stage out of the total number of submitted applications.
