Steps for ERP integration with UniApply

Objective: This document states the steps UniApply will be following for ERP integration.


Step #1: UniApply will share the Application form fields and format with the School/ ERP Team.

Step #2:The School/ERP Team will share JSON POST API URL with UniApply post configuration of field mapping.


Step #3:UniApply will do a test Run to push the sample applicant data.


Step #4:The School/ERP Team will check data on their end and provide confirmation to UniApply.


Step #5: The school will share an official email ID to UniApply wherein all the alerts regarding API success/failure will be sent front the UniApply platform.


Step #6: Upon receiving the confirmation and Email ID, UniApply will activate the API integration and the ERP team will start receiving the data in JSON format as and when the application is submitted.
