How to send Pre-defined bulk Emails?

Step 1: Navigate to Application Manager and click Manage Applications.


Step 2: Select all the applications to whom you want to send the email, click on the Bulk Action and select Send SMS/Emails option.


Step 3: Select the pre-defined template which is already created. All the fields will be filled in automatically.


Step 4: You can preview the Email from the “eye” button on the bottom left corner and then click on “Send Now” to send the bulk communication. You can send it to 1000 applications per day.
