How to download Nursery or Entry Level Classes Applications in DOE format?

Dear School Administrators UniApply team has created a ready-to-use data format for uploading details of children who have applied to the school for admission under Open Seats directly into the DOE Portal.

Step 1 - Login to UniApply Application Manager Dashboard


Step 2 -  Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Application




Step 3 - To download the applications in a DOE format, click on the bulk action button on the right hand side and then click on Download DOE for Nursery or for the class you want. This will give you applications of desired class as per DOE format in Excel File.




Step 4 - Click on the downloaded file to access the details.
