How to change the bulk application stage ?

School can change the stage of the multiple applications through Application Manager and the same will be notified to the parent via email and SMS on Real time basis. Stage change can only be done to those application where the Application Stage is 'Submitted' (all application form fields are complete and payment is done). Applicants current application stage will be visible in the default view. 



The following are the steps involved 


Step 1 - Login to UniApply Application Manager Dashboard

Step 2 -  Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Application

Step 3 - Click on Filter at top right corner and apply following filters as follow:-

Choose the option of application status, then add the condition as “equals”, further choose the stage from drop down as “submitted”

With it you can add conditions as per your requirement or criteria.




Step 3 : Now you see the checkboxes on the left side against the application number. Select the applications for which you want to change the application stage or Click on all applications check box in first row.



Step 4 : On the top right, click Bulk action and choose the option from dropdown as “change application stage”




Step 5 : From further dropdown, Select the Application Status that you want to change. (For example, If the application has been submitted and falls under the acceptable norms as per the school, put the stage change as ‘Application under Review’) and click on save.




Step 7 : The stage would be changed and the same would be reflected on the school and applicant dashboard. The parent/applicant would also get the notification of the stage that is changed.
