Each application at UniApply carries a good amount of information in the form of documents uploaded by the parent/applicant. Which includes documents such as address proofs, birth certificates, government id cards etc. To make it convenient for the school, UniApply brings the feature of "Bulk Download of the Application Forms and Documents" at one go for all the applicants.
The following are the steps involved
Step 1 - Login to UniApply Application Manager Dashboard
Step 2 - Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Application
Step 3 - Select the number of applications for which you want to download the documents by checking the box on the left hand side of the application number.
Step 4 - Navigate to right and select Bulk Action.
Step 5 - Select Download Documents
Select the folder structure between Application No. wise and Document wise.
In the Application No. wise option the downloaded documents will be under the title of application number for each applicant, so in this you will get folders for each Application no.
In the Document wise option the downloaded documents will be under the title of the documents which are selected for all the applicants, in this you will get folders for each document.
Step 6 - Enable toggle button for all the required documents which you want to download for each applicant. After Selecting the required documents,
Step 7 - Click on “Yes” to give the permission.
Step 8 - Click on “Clicking here” to go to the downloaded reports.
Step 9 - Click on the icon under the Action button or the first file to download the desired documents and applications.
Step 10 - Your file will be downloaded as per the requirement
